GGG Demolition provided demolition and minor abatement to 400,000 SF of a 7 & 9 story hospital tower. The existing building consisted of a concrete bunker, 9 stories of patient rooms with 2 levels of basements in certain areas. GGG recycled approximately 40,000 tons of concrete and 2400 tons of rebar.
